It's part of a joint venture with Ridgecut Road.
Marcus Partners also executed a long-term lease with the current tenant, Ironclad Environmental Solutions.
The property spans 3.63 acres and includes two existing maintenance facilities totaling about 13,000 square feet, each with three drive-ins. The property is milled, fenced, lit and secured with a rectangular yard.
The site is about one mile from Interstate 287 and 30 minutes south of the Port of New Jersey.
Todd Minerley, senior vice president of Marcus Partners, said, “We look forward to increasing our IOS (industrial outside storage) footprint . . . in addition to our primary focus in the region of acquiring existing industrial assets and potential development opportunities."
